Alkionides UK provides a warm, homely environment known as the Nest in North London for patients and their families who need to remain in the UK for essential medical treatment. Stays can range from a few days to several months, and during this time our volunteers and committee members offer ongoing moral support and practical assistance.

The Alkionides Nest is a six-bedroom house, each room with its own bathroom, conveniently located close to major London hospitals. The house is fully equipped to help guests feel comfortable and settled during what can be a challenging and uncertain period away from home. Over the years, the Nest has become an invaluable place of reassurance, dignity, and calm for those who stay with us.
